Refund Policy

All payments made towards physiotherapy sessions, fitness programs, consultation fees, treatment packages, or any other services at FitsioMax are non-refundable.

Once a service, session, or package is booked or payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Missed or unattended appointments

• Partial usage of treatment packages

• Personal reasons or schedule conflicts

• Medical condition changes without prior disclosure

Appointment Rescheduling

While refunds are not permitted, we may allow rescheduling of appointments subject to availability, provided prior notice of at least 24 hours is given. Rescheduling approval is at the sole discretion of FitsioMax management.

Package Validity

• Treatment packages are valid only for the specified duration.

• Unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited.

• Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional cases, FitsioMax reserves the right to review a request; however, approval does not guarantee a refund and remains entirely at the management’s discretion.

By booking an appointment, enrolling in a program, or making a payment on our website or at the clinic, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
